Explore Commercial Roofing Systems
We work with all kinds of businesses—from small mom-and-pop shops to large corporations—to provide new construction roofing, flat roofing, TPO/EPDM systems, and more.
Steep Slope Shingles
For steep-slope commercial projects, we use Architectural and Designer shingles from Malarkey. Additional accessories like ice and water barriers, underlayment, starter shingles, or hip and ridge shingles are also available.
Low Slope Rolls & Systems
Our modified asphalt roofing for low slopes is enhanced with rubber and plastic polymers for greater strength and durability.
We also offer conventional asphalt (bitumen) as a less expensive commercial roofing option.
- Base Sheets: The first layer (called the base sheet) is placed directly on the roof. Then, more layers are added on top.
- Ply Sheets: In multi-ply systems, these make up the middle layers between the base and cap sheet.
- Cap Sheets: The highest layer has small rocks on top, making it more damage-resistant.

Sustainability Benefits of Malarkey roofing
Unlike standard roofing shingles, Malarkey Roofing products are rubberized asphalt for superior all-weather resilience.
Using up-cycled rubber and plastics lessens landfill waste, and smog-reducing granules help clean the air and lower your power bills.
Each Malarkey roof diverts the equivalent of ~5 tires and ~3,200 plastic bags from landfills.
Better performance and better for the environment—what's not to love about that?
Plus, Malarkey has a manufacturing plant right here in Oklahoma.
Commercial Roof Coatings
A few types of commercial roof coatings are available to protect from damage.
We recommend Castagra Ecodur roof coatings because they are VOC-free, BPA-free, odorless, self-leveling, and sustainable. It's so safe, it even has an ANSI/NSF-61 certification, meaning it can be used in contact with drinking water and food.
- Avoid costly tear-offs
- 100% sustainable Ecodur+
- Up to 3x stronger than most coatings
We've done hundreds of applications in dozens of industries, and Ecodur has proven to have extreme adhesion and incredible durability and flexibility.
Castagra Ecodur is excellent for waterproofing and UV resistance, resistant to damage from debris and hailstorms, and has better bleed protection than other bleed blockers. It also re-bonds to original coatings, so it's repairability is second to none.
